These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bluebook Benefits coverage estimator and related services (“Services”) operated by Bluebook Benefits (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

The Services provide a non-binding coverage estimation tool. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding insurance quote or offer. Actual coverage availability, terms, and amounts are determined by licensed insurance carriers and specialists.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Consent to Contact

By submitting your information you consent to be contacted by licensed insurance professionals and partner companies via phone, text message (including autodialed messages), and email at the contact information you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or by contacting us as described below.

4. No Coverage Guarantee

Coverage amounts shown are estimated qualification bands only. We make no warranty or representation that any specific coverage amount, policy type, or pricing will be available to you. Final determinations are made by licensed carriers based on full underwriting review.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluebook Benefits and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Services are the proprietary property of Bluebook Benefits or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
